I'm not too sure what this place used to be, from what I found out I think it was planned to be a food school by UCB which they never got round to actually doing, and now they have marketed the place for residential development with plans of part-restoring and part-demolishing the site to make way for 100 new flats.

I came here with @plod, there wasn't much to see as the building was very badly burned but I doubt there was much there in the first place, however it was nice to explore a whole building with no graffiti for once ;) The building was also quite unstable as plod discovered by nearly falling through the top floor :p
