    I think the term 'Cities' is a litle bit exaggerated for most locations!

    ....Used to be. YW began to have problems with too many people swimming out to and climbing the spire (the only part that was visible during the hot dry summer months we used to have back in the last millenium), and too many were having to be rescued!! So they demolished it, back in late '60s/early 70's I believe. In 1995 when Ladybower was at its lowest for a very long time nothing was visible above the water level.
