Report - Bangour Villlage Villas1,2 & Admin

    Took a run out last night and found access to villas 1,2 and the admin block (all one building). Wasn't quite what I expected as this is my 1st time in this building. Power and phones still live and I have a sneaky suspicion that the police are using this area for training.

    It's listed on a 1902 map i have of Bangour, but the only photo i can find of it is this one:

    You can just make it out on the hill in the distance. It most likely belogned to the Hamiltons of Bangour, but it's always puzzled me too.

    Doh! I forgot about this photo from 1959:

    You can still clearly see Bangour House, but i've no idea what it was for, who lived there, or when/why it was demolished.
