I hear rumours that a Bear Cave has been found at Rosherville has anyone seen this and have any pictures, also does this mean the other fable tunnels and caves are soon to be found?

The rumours are very much true. Rosherville Gardens was once a popular Victorian amusement park, and featured a bear, Rosie. The coming of the railway and the lure of the coast, however, saw the Gardens' demise and it closed shortly before the First World War.

Here's two articles from the BBC and ITV.

The northern boundary of Rosherville Gardens was Crete Hall Road and the southern boundary was the chalk cliffs of the old excavations. Going by the ITV video, the bear pit itself existed somewhere under the now demolished warehouse centre.
