Despite the weather initially looking grim, I dragged myself into central to take a look around this place.

The site is interesting. They are keeping the facade but gutting the inside so the crane is located in a huge hole surrounded by buildings still in use.

Only hitch was a "highly secure anti-climb measure" which was expertly bypassed by SJP.

Once at the top the Thames breeze blew away the blues. Got a few drinks from the on-crane bar, chilled out and admired the clear view.

All taken from the concrete block as I don't own a tripod :(. Much better in real life!

:thumb bit windy but a few sheltered bits to watch the boats go down the river

Thanks! You're right, I should experiment a bit more with colour film - next time I get my hands on some for sure

So weird this place, it looks as if there's actually a building there but it's literally just the front.

Black and White is cool but you can some nice colourfull reflections off the bridges looking east should you be so inclined. Nicely shot
