    tried posting this last night & mistakenly hit the "Back" button just as i'd pasted the last pic URL :wanker

    did this place the same day we did Nutbourne Brickworks

    Professor Frink has kindly added some information/history of this site in his report including a nice find of an original sitemap :thumb

    pretty much abandoned since 1999 yet remains reasonably un-chavved so still worth a visit:)

    interestingly there has been a new gate & some fencing put up at the entrance so somebody has shown an interest lately?

    compare that last one to this one taken a year ago & you can see how little that scene has changed during that time
    the tree is leaning further due to the weight of the snow i guess but other than that the chair has faded some more & thats about it!

    definitely best to go there this time of year as looking at all the branches everywhere it would be pretty obscured by foliage during the summer months ;)
