Croda International Chemicals Wirral, once part of world wide group but sadly due to huge losses the plant was shut down last year with job losses of 115 people. the plant itself has been partly stripped out i guess about half but work seems to have stopped for one reason or another. not to bad an explore with the usual pipeage and control panels, the main admin building was a bit of a disappointment so no shots of that just an empty office block now, if your in the area give it a go its worth the trip out, not much history on this site so i hope you enjoy the shots, very grey and flat day which didn't help..
