With the hysteria over paedophiles and terrorists, taking photographs in the street is potentially dangerous.

With the unpredictable nature of wild animals, taking pictures on safari is potentially dangerous.

Taking pictures of motorsports is potentially dangerous.

With drunken mother in laws, taking pictures at weddings is potentially dangerous.

When Armstrong and co went to the moon, do you think NASA said "best not take any photo's lads, it could be dangerous up there"?

People just have to realise that us photographers are super hard cases that eat danger for breakfast. Besides, it's no less dangerous if you go into a derelict building and don't take photo's.

Mind you, when some megamoney magazine commisions someone to take a photo in dangerous conditions, it tends to win awards.

Nah! Some of us are just perverts.

Incidentally, the URL 'thisisscunthorpe.co.uk' makes me giggle like an imbecile. No idea why..

Talk about wasting Police time. What are they going to do? Nothing, unless they catch someone armed to the teeth, carrying rattle cans and a crowbar.
Now the escorting off site I can understand. But surely this only works if you are willing to leave? As security don't have the power of arrest?

Surely carrying a camera and no items used for breaking/entering (crowbars, screwdrivers etc.) would rule out 'criminal activity'?

Hey wait... My house is 'enclosed premises' as it has locked doors and windows... Now I can't go home, or they'll arrest me! :wanker :confused

Do you have a bubblewrap suit with articulated fingers?
What if the flowers have thorns?
Have you considered going go the doctor and getting checked for possible allergies to the flowers?

Did anyone see that Cutting Edge film last night? I've never liked lawyers, but those no-win-no-fee creeps deserve a good punch in the face. Almost as bad as the pathetic, money-grabbing, useless wastes of space who were after the money - £6000 for cutting youself with a razor, FFS!

I'm thinking of making myself a card, a bit like an Organ Donor card - it'll say "The bearer of this card is an adult, and can look after himself. He will not sue you if he has an accident. Please do not limit him from doing anything for laibility reasons."
