    The original buildings date from the late 18th/early 19th century, although the site was later extended. E.P. Bray made pigments here from the early '70s up until the closure of the site in 2006. The site also includes a row of terraced cottages, some of which were accommodation and others were site offices.

    Unfortunately I didn't get round the whole place so I know I've missed some of the best bits. I'd visited with a non-explorer friend who insisted on waiting outside and she got very spooked by strange noises and so we had to leave :rolleyes:
