Report - Finsbury Park MPD - LDN - circa 1980

    When I was a kid, me and my mate used to travel about the LDN area looking at trains and taking pictures. Not sure why but for some reason we ended up in Finsbury Park so he suggested we ask to have a look around the MPD, home of the LNER race horses, and, much to our surprise, the "bloke" said "yes".

    Pics taken with a pretty crappy camera and, as a fourteen year old, my photo skills where not that advanced.

    But I guess it also shows how much things have changed; I wouldn't think this kind thing would be allowed any more.
