First report and first UE type trip for me and Johnny_Mystery.

Blurb: apparently once a convalescence home, it was then used by the ministry of agriculture, fisheries & food to carry out research. It was sold to a developer in 1999 but caught fire shortly afterwards and remains deserted.

Here's the first few of my pics. I'm sure Johnny_Mystery will post some up shortly as well.

As our first attempt, this probably rates a "1" on scale of 1-5 difficulty (with a monster tower crane being a "5" I suppose). Easy access, no on-site security, but quite a few dangerous floors & stuff. Great fun though. Maybe we need to up the ante a bit for the next one.

The stairs. We didn't try these for obvious reasons, but there is a solid fire escape at the back that we used to get up to the next floor.
