Visited the old Nocton Hall hospital site again today (22-04-06), was hoping to meet Baz from the lincoln crew but he had work, so me and my collegue Jay headed on alone and went into the cellars below the main hall.

Wasn't what I expected at all, thought they'd be a lot deeper and stretched out further into the grounds. But it was a worthwile venture as you can see from the pics.

Now for the BAD news, it seems the old hospital site behind the hall is NO LONGER ACCESSABLE  The gates have been shut and padlocked, with numerous warning signs posted all over, and the nearby hole in the fence covered with dirt.

I did however manage to sneak in at one point (won't say how) in order to photograph the morgue, which I shall be adding to my site shortly.

It would seem that after 10 years of constant vandalism and arsonist attacks the council have decided to restrict access :(

But anyway, here's some pics which made the day worthwile. :)
