Getting into active/semi active places requires more than just finding an opening
Some previous explorer made. This one was pretty secure. We found a door on
a porch that gave us good cover and went to work.
Somebody had taken a pry bar to the lock plate. Even though I had picked it and Lopez
climbed through a tiny window to open the safety bolt inside it wouldn’t budge. That is
untill Moss “Pipes” used brute strength to overcome the distorted metal and gain us entry.

Although I personally prefer a heavily decayed unrenovated, long abandoned location, exploring a place which has the lights on is a lot more convenient.
