Visited here today after the post-piss-up breakfast. Stunning day, stunning weather, feeling hot and minging after the piss-up, couldnt be better for exploring.

This has to be one of my favourite places i've been to recently, it seems as if its been used to film a movie of sorts recently, with set arrows, and "crew" and equipment" area's...Its one of the grandest places ive ever explored, and Hopefully it will be saved.

Was an awesome place, totally unspoiled although thats probably because its a live military site...

Feeling a bit rough, the 40 degree heat up the clock tower nearly finished me off!

Having no camera, I made the best use of available resources, here's some phone pics, I was reasonably impressed:

A few of my pics from the clock tower. I have been in 22 clocks and this is by far my fav, even though both times it was so hot I thought I was going to die!! I am quite proud of the one with a part of all 4 of the faces in one picture, I have never seen that done befroe. It envolved standing on a 10mm bar at the very top of the tower!! If you want to see the inside of a clock this is the one folks...
