For the sake of completeness, posting the former site of this post, although the location hasn't even been confirmed on subbrit (http://www.subbrit.org.uk/cgi-bin/webdata_roc.pl?fid=989361286&query=pagenum%3D1%26cgifunction%3DSearch%26County% 3DFife&cgifunction=form) as it was only open for 5 years in the mid sixties. I've emailed Nick Catford.
