RAF Swinderby 7/7/06

Visited ex RAF Swinderby last night, on last minute explore with bobstar.

We've had our eye on this place for a while now, but have never got around to getting in.

Thought there wasn't much left of the RAF base as it has been turned into a Business Park and Housing Estate. How wrong we were, there is loads of stuff still left empty.

All main hangers, which are huge, appear to be occupied, however there are still loads of old buildings ripe for exploring.

Shall be making a return visit very soon to complete the job.
