this summer, the weather is really beautiful, but the temperatures a little bit to high. The thermometer reached 35°C. ideal time to make a turn in an underground quarry not far from Versailles.
we take the fryers, the cooker, the gas bottle... and of course the potatoes. we move towards port-marly. the quarry is verry, but it's the ideal place to cook chips. the galleries are quite large.
the temperature in the quarry is about 12°C, perfect to emerge the wine bottles and beers ;)
a very good idea to have a sweet gastronomical visit.
