Heres a late report of mine and rockerror's trip to rochester. these tunnels are huge, we were down there for at least 4 hours.
The first part is a few very large rooms that were used by a car company in the 70s and 80s called 'blaw knox'.

There was lots of papers, folders and magazines from the car company.

At the end of this area is the very cool entrance to the air raid tunnels.

The lazy wall, naturaly we climbed through the hole which led to a floor that was as high as the hole, we crawled through, it led to another lazy wall with no hole, but the tunnel must go on behind it.

This tunnel took us closer to the ground, getting wetter and colder as you go.

It led to this nasty door, which led to a room of pipes and puddles. We think they are pipes for the flats above.

On the way back we came across a fellow explorer, checking the place out on his own! He turned out to be a cool guy and we stood around chatting for at least half an hour. Theres his arm.

This door looked like it has had a collapse behind it which has bent the door at the bottom!
