New members:We're all new once so make an effort to say hello in this part of the forum. How about starting off by saying where you're from, your background and what you're interested in?
Old members:Welcome in new people so you can to make them feel more at home. New members may offer new leads and information that no one else has covered in their corner of the country:)

Bumpety bump! Just re-iterating this really as we have lots of new members joining recently and I can't say hi to all of them so you guys have got to get stuck in too :thumb
Who knows, you may even increase your post count ;) (woop!)

Can I also just mention that messages in this section don't stay for ever
I've had two people contact me recently to say something along the lines of
"I joined 9 months ago and came back today to see if I had any replies but my 'hello' has gone - am I not welcome here?"
Messages don't need to stay here, either:
a) You say hello, we say hello back - and you start contributing to the forum.
or
b) You say hello, we say hello back - and you don't contribute.
Either way the 'hello' doesn't need to stay more than a few months.
(obviously we'd prefer option 'a' :thumb)
Oh - and intro threads are likely to be closed after a short while - they don't need to drag on to page after page! - say hello - and then start contributing!! Cheers!.
