I would like a camera bag! I want one that will fit:
Nikon F5
180mm or 70-200
28mm f2.8
50mm f1.8
Flash
Room for another lens
room for film
room for stuff like filters, QR mounts, batteries, lens cloths, ect.

I would like a Domke bag, or a Lowepro backpack that has a bottom compartment that I can keep the camera stuff in and a top compartment for papers/film or anything. I would prefer to only be able to access the camera from inside the main compartment, rather than a piece at the bottom that I have to unzip.

Any suggestions? Anyone tried Domke bags? How are they?

tamrac do bags like that.
also Dakine make a tough camera bag that sounds a bit like that with the cam/lense protected bits in the bottom and a softer top compartment for a jacket/loose objects. about £80.

lowepro make lots of bags, very well made but very overpriced IMO.

also try 'redsnapper' put it in google with 'tripod' or 'camera bag' they are an ebay type company that import kit from thailand/china, its good quality stuff, but about half the price of the equivilent lowepro stuff.

Lowepro Slingshot 200 is my recommendation

£47.99 is about as cheap as anywhere

Thanks everyone! About the slingshot, it seems to have a too small top compartment, I would like something I can put 8x10 prints in.

I use a slingshot.

Top is too small for what you are after.

However, in all other terms the slingshot is the best bag I have ever used. Lowepro claim you can get your camera out, and be ready to shoot in seconds (and without taking the bag off) and for once this is an acurate manufacturers claim - I have managed to capure pictures that I would have missed by a mile with my old rucksack style Tamrac bag (the Tamrac is still a great bag in other ways though)
