Me 'n my mate ventured over Grove Hospital today on the off chance that it might be explorable. Even though the place the look inpenetrable we soon found our way into the site and into the the first building which was the laundry.
The place was amazing as it's not been touched by anyone since the NHS moved out! No chavs or anything wrecking the place which made a refreshing change. 2 of the 3 buildings were accesible, if I'd have been a bit more adventurous I ought to have got into the admin block.
Yes, the power was still on!

They'd even left pillows in some of the machines!

I can never resist a hatch in the floor:

But it only led to a crawl space which had nothing overly cool:

We then ventured over to the main hospital building:

Where we found beds!

and...slightly worryingly, a de-fib machine...which we had to play with! (We didn't turn it on though!)

We then found the main reception which was all set up with an active BT broadband connection and a tonne of keys!

After a few hours exploring we settled down in a day room for a rest before heading home!
