Found these pics from before I'd even heard of UE. Guess a lot of people find the buildings before the community. We were walking around the Paignton area in Devon, if memory serves me correct, and we came across this on the beach.

I think it's some kind of lifeboat station, long since abandoned. There was some machinery, probably for winching the boats up the launch.

The basic architecture was all that remained - there were a few small chambers set away from the main building, probably coal and equipment storage.
