Broken

Spotted this driving through on the way to another explore, thought we better stop and investige since it looked a little lonely.
Turns out its a disused water reservoir, the pump room still has all the equipment in there and everything looks like it could be switched on and the reservoir refilled if needed. There were 2 of these reservoirs next to each other covered with a mound of dirt with plenty of hatches scattered around, surprisingly none were locked either.
The Pump room.

Im guessing this is some kind of flotation device to stop filling when the water reaches a certain height, just like in a ballcock setup in most toilet cisterns.
