theres no autofocus though ;)
Edit: though looks like it wont be needed as you will be focused to infinity all the time, I sure demps posted a cheaper fish eye the other day?

True but with an 8mm its really hard to screw up a focus with INFINITE Depth of Field :thumb

I bought mine on Ebay for £208.
Here it is on AMAZON (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Fish-Lens-Nikon-D3000-D5000/dp/B002S31XM6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1263571536&sr=8-1)
Few sample shots to make your mind up...I love mine.

After looking for a fisheye for my 350D, this is the one i'm getting I think.
with the 1.6 crop, it's the only one htat makes sense.
If anyone knows better, I'd be more than wiling to listen.

TBH, money isn't the problem.
The problem is the crop as far as I can see.
Was looking at teh canon glass, but they're designed for full frame, and if I were to upgrade to full frame, I think I'd be going for nikon.

For something maybe not quite as wide, I can recommend this (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Canon-EOS-built-in-Zenitar-Fisheye-Lens_W0QQitemZ290353363867QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Ca merasPhoto_CameraAccessories_CameraLensesFilters_J N?hash=item439a68bb9b)
Yes, it is manual focus, but from f/11 up it is pretty damm sharp and in focus from about 3-4 ft to infinity. I think I may be getting a Samyang aswell though (been look at them for a while, just need to get the cash together now I think!).
