So saving the best for last, Delver managed to convince "The Chin" to head up and join us for Severalls.

Had a great time here access, was easy, but took a while to find it. Managed to see quite a lot including the maintenance tunnels, boiler room and the water tower. The amount of stuff pikeys have nicked is unreal in that place, they must have gone in there seriously tooled up to move some of the stuff they have nicked.

Water Tower blew us away and was the best part of our day. It was not until we got up there that we realised just how big this place was, and how little we had looked at. Ahh well re visit will be in order no doubt.

All in all an excellent day.

After a taster at Eastry, a dark expierience at Hellingly and a canine encounter at West Park, I was looking forward to Severalls and finally really appreciating an asylum. :D

By now very tired and hungover - I really woke up again once in the site. On the way had almost got turned into a human kebab by walking into an archery range. Lost the path, walked over a mound and there was some mo fo pointing a longbow in my face! The place was amazing - really enjoyed finally doing a tower.

Got freaked out when an un expectred door opened - thought I was about to have an encounter of the :freak kind, thank god it was just the chin being a git :wanker

Cant wait to go back now!
