Althrough the teasing title, this is not UE, but hell, that's the HIGHEST building in the world since 2004, so it should be mentionned I guess.
Sorry for the poor quality pix, I had only a point & shoot and the weather was not so nice.

It's bamboo shaped, and has 101 floors!
