The older I get, the more 'basic' the level of intelligence amongst those in positions of "authority" becomes. One day humankind will be scuttling around on all fours and licking mirrors.
Its always comforting to get reassurance that yes, yours and my hard-earned is being royally pissed up the wall in every direction.
