Anyone had any experience with BT and their take on tresspass?
Looking at one of there exchanges..wont say which one for obvious reasons but there are the usual "trespasser will face fines" signs and stuff all over it..anyone ever been caught and had to deal with them?
Cheers in advance

I'm fairly sure BT have the clout to get you a night in the cells, then sue your ass for damages.

I am pretty sure if you were caught down there BT would make an example out of you to try and stop anyone else trying in the future.
Also, what would you say if you were found there? You will probably need to do B&E somehow to get in (unless they left the door open lol) which is your first mistake.
Secondly, you will be photographing an important structure in important location, this could easily become a route to be arrested under the terrorism act for gathering information on a place to attack.
It may not be proved, but it can be used as a reason to detain for the police to arrest.
or you could just do it and prove us all wrong lol:D

Window open? You're in. In the colonies, we call that an "attractive nuisance" and the owner of the property is at fault for providing it.
