Hello,
I'm asking whether anyone can give me up-to-date advice on German trespass law.
The place is in a public, reasonably busy area and has the German equivalent of Heras fencing around it.
You might call it an 'emotive/sensitive' site (given the history of that country).
If I'm disturbed within the fenced-off area with photographic equipment, what are the likely scenarios that I might encounter?
It is not an MOD site.
I'd be particularly keen to hear from German contributors, as well as Forces / ex-Forces colleagues.

thanks in anticipation
Matt

You can always play the "crazy British person" act - that's what I did :)

OFE, check PM.

I think your best plan A is stealth + fleet feet and plan B is a big smile and a few German words. Failing that, there are some subtleties about German trespass/private property law that differ significantly from other countries'.

(I did some research, but IANAL and am not going to publicly post anything that might be construed as legal advice)
