I was lucky enough to have a look behind the scenes of the Glasgow underground on Sunday, which included the Depot, Workshops and... walking through the tunnels. Highlight was seeing the remains of Glasgow's only lost station - Merkland St.
Not strictly UE, but i thought some of you may be interested nonetheless.

This is the remains of Merkland St station which was closed during the refurbishment in the 70s. It would have had a central platform and natural lighting from skylights above.
