So anyway.
On Sunday at around 9am myself, Jimbo and Lightbuoy met up at the Tower Lane layby for a good old poke round Severalls. I had a site plan (cheers Abo! :thumb ). We had some Vimto. We were good to go.
Except, me and Jimbo were up drinking vodka til 3am. We also watched The Hills Have Eyes, Session 9 and House on Haunted Hill. It was a gloomy, wet, windy day. I had a hangover.
You can tell where this is going, can't you?
We headed in, taking a small detour through a villa to get the feel of it. Then it was into the main site. We skirted round to the estate offices as I had a primary objective - to see the mortuary. Which I did. It was aces.
And then it all got too much - the lack of sleep, the scary movies, the doors banging in the wind, my ominously grumbly stomach....
Net result: I got The Fear and waited in the car. What a complete gay I am :gay . Please tell me I'm not the only one this has ever happened to? I'm that pissed off with myself.
Return grudge trip soon tho. Oh yes.
