This "not so beasty" tower crane was the last resort of the night due to a couple of leads that didn't come to anything. Thanks to Stumpy for driving down from Basingstoke and putting up with my lack of research and constant talk about potatoes:o A hotel was on the list for tonight but the streets were still very busy and it was too early for a confident scaffolding climb:( Watch this space-it WILL be done!:thumb
So after driving round for about an hour and Stumpy showing off some serious car manouveres which resulted in me threatening to show him the potato I had for dinner, we settled on this tower crane:D 30 mph winds and very cold-not bad for a newbie crane climber!:rolleyes:
