Aldwych Crane, London, Nov 09

First report... get ready I have quite a backlog! I'll start with the first crane I did over 2 years ago.. solo explore.
Took some courage but in the end went for it and took a running jump at the fence! A loud clang and some anti climb paint covered trousers later I was inside and went straight up.
The building itself was generic being rennovated and was completely stripped whilst the rather nice stone facade was being propped up all the way round.

It was rather windy at the top and the crane was swaying quite significantly. Despite it not being obscenely tall it had nice views in all directions. Above looking north towards centrepoint.

nice one, i particularly like the last pic. a few of us did the neighbouring crane (it's in the 3rd pic) some time later. the place is live again now (was on hold for ages) and has 2 mini cranes on the roof now...
