Law Hospital in Lanarkshire was built in 1939 as an emergency medical service hospital with an expected life span of 10-15 years. It eventually closed in 2001. The grounds are pretty vast, and most of the buildings are pre-fab huts. The place is deteriorating fast, but it's still well worth a look.

Was the power still on?

Nah mate, the power is now off. Which is probably just as well considering how much water is leaking into the building.
