Haigh Hall Shelter

[RAF Millom]

This is one of two air raid shelters built on the Haigh Hall Estate, Wigan during 1938

One is now demolished and this one is now in a private garden.

There's still a surviving shelter below the actual hall, pictured here. I didn't know there was one in a private garden but I think I know whereabouts you mean..
