In all fairness, in its hey day as the Black Orchid it was legendary, shit after that though granted.

Keep looking at this one every time I pass it. Have to see its looked shut up for a long time now. Grass growing through the concrete etc etc. Not convinced its "abandoned" as such, more "in limbo". Doubt there are any ways in though. If there were however, I imagine it would be pretty cool inside. Was one of the more "interesting" Nightclubs decor wise!

hehe yeh it was BO (what a great acronym!) in my first year of Uni. I was a tad too ickle for clubbing about then though so didn't go till it became isis. Will maybe take a few shots round it next time I'm over there. Won't be that exciting but you guys can make your own judgement as to what state of abandonment its in.

I Sit looking at the back of this place over the canal at work, can see it now...

Can't imagine there is any credible way in although I will consult a reletive who worked on the rebuild at DtD nextdoor, if there is anything to know he'll know!
