I've been looking at Western Tower for FAR too long without ever actually cracking it. I went along with Ali_explores and finally visited the top. Views are good, but the roof layout is unusual and there are obstacles all around, as well as two different levels. Inside there is nothing to see but empty space and the detritus from stripping the buildings when British Rail vacated. The buildings are in good condition throughout, the staircases wouldn't look out of place in an occupied building, and the lifts are kept powered up.
