It'd be rude not to urbasplore this hospital, seeing as i've been here since Christmas Eve 2010.

I'm putting it in "Non Public" as i'm not very popular with East Lancashire NHS Trust after going for a wander in my pyjamas around the derelict part of Burnley General Hospital when i was a patient there a couple of years ago.
i got visited at my bedside on the ward by.. security, internal affairs, governors and my consultant over it..
(all giving me lectures on "how they're responsible for me", "dangers of asbestos" and "how irresponsible i was doing it") :D

Security Guards at Burnley General still give me funny looks when i go for my outpatient appointments there.

In addition to the modern facilities within the first stage of the hospital the new building includes state of the art new inpatient facilities, centralised outpatients department, new operating theatres and Accident and Emergency Department.
