We spent ages looking through all sorts of inaccessible Mills along the Ceulan, a friendly local knew exactly what we were at, pointed us in that direction, though we caught up with him later on, and he showed us the exact location of this gem.
Very relaxed explore, no hassle, a fantastic old mill, once used to produce flannels and jumpers for copper miners .
The mill was built in 1847 by the Morris Family, with extensions added in 1880. The old mill closed in 1962 (thanks to lousiab @28dl)
