Report - Rotherham district council offices

First report...

Rotherham district council offices are due to be demolished to make way for a new tescos.

With in the group of the 3 offices, 1 was the library with admin above, 1 appeared to be the place for payment of fines and advice and the like, the other had a theatre in and offices also..
