Another of Belgium's abandoned power stations.
This one is a de-centralised CHP station seemingly used (in part) until very recently to power an extremely large factory. Two buildings, a fairly compact arrangement with no externally built flues, all exhausts were straight through the boiler house roof. The "loft" of the boiler house had massive asbesto-concrete clad arrangements for exhausting the hot stuff...
A mega turbine hall contains an array of different T/G gear from Alsthom, ACEC, Escher Wyss, Oerlikon and Ingersoll Rand, all of differing power outputs, ranging from 6.5mw to 75mw per set presumably to be run when required? who knows.
A still buzzing control room and some nice late afternoon sunshine rounded this one off nicely: photos.
