Lead or Rumour info - Freedom of information - Details of Empty Commercial Properties (all over the place!)

Natalie Davis (don't know who she is - but I bet she's a journalist) has submitted over 300 'Freedom of Information' requests asking local councils for a list of all empty commercial properties in their areas.

As an example of the info she is being sent, heres the ones for BRISTOL and BATH (the Bristol one alone lists over 2000 addresses)
The first responses are starting to be posted on-line. Obviously there is a lot of 'dross' - but take a look @ your area, the list, combined with local knowledge might just throw up some hidden gems.

There's another guy who's done a lot of the same thing. Between them they must have covered the entire country!

Whoops, didn't read the ammendment.

I read the origenal post earlier and remembered about the other lot of info I'd seen on there before, but didn't have the link to hand. I didn't re-read your post before I posted just now, and I think you'd added the extra information to it after I read it the first time. (that sort of makes sense I think)

The correction was only because I manged to spell Bristol wrong! - the rest was there all the time mate

Cheers for the quality link mate...my crappy council won't supply it without a fee though...for all the time it takes them to look at a spreadsheet! Guessing Ms Davis won't pay it, they reckon it could be up to £450!!!
