this was an amazing explore, because it's so close to us, we went in every day over the week, and got through the entire thing, the pictures i'm showing don't even show HALF of it, honestly.

the first time we went we were there for like 15 minutes. the next day we came in with the cameras, when we were half way through it, a forklift drove in! luckily, we didn't get spotted, but learned that the site is half used, so we avoided that section and concentrated our efforts on the offices, main hall and boiler room.

the mill was built in the late 19th century to produce textiles such as jute and linen, originally quite small and then got larger and larger. nearer the end of it's working life it manufactured polypropelene and infrared blankets for the military. right next door, there is a mill that makes carbon fiber bullet proof vests for the police and security services.

did some nice HDR aswell :3

    thanks for looking ;)
