Gray Dunn were a Kinning Park-based biscuit makers, the firm was founded in 1853.The company put up a factory in Stanley Street in 1882 after being granted Royal Appointment by Queen Victoria That building was destroyed by fire 13 years later but a replacement was built on site. Gray Dunn’s continued making biscuits, cakes and breads until 1912 when the firm was sold to the Bilsland Bakery. The company went into receivership on the 29th June 2001 leading to 300 staff being made redundant and the factory became abandoned.

Looks like it has real potential. Take more photos of signs and less of broken computer monitors!

That's your defence maybe, but look at the bigger picture. You can photograph what you want, but that doesn't necessarily mean people want to see it. Speed was correct to a degree, but really lets have more shots of the fabric of the building, the original fittings and signs etc. People can see ruined monitors anywhere, there's nothing remotely interesting or unique about them, they could happily be disposed of and the building would actually be better for it.

I don't go into sewers and take pics of turds, it's all about the architecture and construction of them for me, but each to their own I guess :thumb

Let me be free to do what i want. I understand not everyone wishes to look at certain things, i say pay no attention to it if you dont like it and dont get so bothered about such a little thing.
