    Greetings all...

I've always been interested in urbex but never had anyone to show me the ropes and places to check out. Since i have just picked up photography, i'm very keep to start doing some explorations around different locations in wirral and maybe liverpool. Having been a part of the original 'Occupy' campaign that happened in liverpool a few years back, i've seen the inside of a couple old buildings but i have no idea as to whether they are still accessable.

    Take care all,

    Sirpsel

Welcome to the site mate, the places that were occupied in Liverpool a few years back were The Tinlins buildings also the Victoria chapel, the Tinlins is now swanky new office and apartment space but the Victoria chapel is still totally fucked to this day.

Ah i see thanks man, i remember when we first got into the tinlins buildings, i was one of the first in there. I remembre walking in and just thinking that i wish i had a camera with me, missed opportunity but i'm sure they will be plenty in the future.

Pity for Liverpool that most of the people who got in there first just had spray cans and tons of shite that was left strewn all over the show, we went in on the day that they left and were stepping over human turds that had been curled off were they stood, it was fucking disgusting, on top of all the smashed windows and stuff I would say that I hope that there will be no more in the future.
Anyone who loves these places would not fuck them up in this way!

I agree completely, the entire "Occupy" movement got out of hand... People just started joining in for that one purpose to get into places and graffiti them and vandalise them, which was the complete opposite of the message we we're trying to get across
