Visited with Catullus and a non-member. This was a very easy, relaxed explore.

    History:

Hammill Brick Ltd operated from this site at Hammill, near Eastry, since opening in June 1927.
The brickworks was built on the site of the old Woodnesborough Colliery, and utilised some of the buildings there, although there have been newer structures added to the site over the years. Three buildings from the Woodnesborough Colliery remain – 2 brick sheds and the engine house. The brickworks closed in 2008.
