Report - Harworth Colliery Conveyor - February 2013

    I was in the area so thought I might as well have a look.

    Harworth Colliery used a conveyor belt to move spoil away from the mine. The mine was put on "care & maintenance" in 2005 and not much has happened since.

    In total the belt is about 1km long.

    It's a conveyor belt.

    A long, straight conveyor belt.
