Hey there. Been an abandoned building explorer for a while now. Have visited may derelict buildings and a few cool abandoned places. I go to these places and document them before they rot away, i feel like i then hold a piece of history that not many people have as most people don't go exploring these places and most of these places don't have photographs of what they used to be like. There is one place in particular that i think you should go visit that i have visited. It's an old abandoned mill and unfortunate recently part of the building collapsed during a river flood that weakened part of the buildings structure. I fortunately have photos of the collapsed part of the building before it had collapsed. Sad to see it gone now but there's still the other half. It's an old mill in a small town/village called Coagh. To enter the mill, you have to walk down to the play park, walk under the bridge and you'll walk a river walk, you'll then come to the end of the river walk, you'll have to pass a ridge, you'll then continue walking and eventually you'll come across the mill. It's a hidden treasure, you'll certainly exploring it's history. There's even some old abandoned machines and the such inside which is very cool to see. If you have seen any or know any awesome locations i could visit and document, please let me know, i'm a geek for this kind of thing. Cheers, Euan.

Sorry to hitch on your thread, but also hello from Northern Ireland! :p Interested in becoming an explorer, I'm well researched in it but I've never personally done it. I was wondering mostly how easily accessible Cairndhu House is nowadays?

    Hello also from NI.

I've been in it in the past 3 years. Did have my camera at the time unfortunately. It's not hard to get access to it. :thumb
