The history, back in 1991 where a certain Dr could not detain a patient for a substantial time under the Mental health Act, who had threatened that she would kill someone. Even though she had attacked someone previously. She was released and a few days later she actually stabbed and killed a young girl of 11, in a Doncaster shopping centre. The fallout that followed forced the Dr from the house never to return.
