Built 1922. Managed to hang on during the spout of closures in the 1970's 80's but showed it's last film "made in america" in 1993.

The cinema itself has been pretty much gutted. The scars left on the wall from the plasterwork really echo it's former glory. The main event really was the projection room, complete with Peerless projectors, lantern slide projector, and the other parafinalia you would associate with a projection room. There was also rooms packed full of projector spares, film cases, posters, ice cream trays etc etc etc!!

Thanks for Vivo for the help...
